For me, this bet is a no-brainer and the tip is, PUERTO RICO to win. Odds are incredible as I rate this pick no more than 1.30 at best.

Tunis is not a bad team, they know each other and they have a giant inside in Mejiri  but that is not enough as they have still to prove that they can score against better teams. They have a nice premise, they imported Roll (who I appreciate really), so now they have a strong guard and Center to run pick game, but that is it. Rest of the roster has only “heart power”, no real Quality for them in this one.

Puerto Rico is struggling, but they are full of ballers. Huertas is one of the most underappreciated shooters here and Balkman, Browne, Clemente and Clavell still have a lot in their tank despite old age.
I do not know how Tunis will handle high tempo offense from Puerto Rico. In every situation and possible match-up they have faster players to stretch out defense of Tunis all the way to the three point line, so Balkman can work on Mejiri and put him in foul trouble.

For me, there is no other option.
